8th grade Middle School students are sponsoring their annual canned food/non-perishable food drive. This year, we have challenged every Elementary and Middle School class that collect a minimum of 60 non-perishable items will earn a “Dress Down Day” on Friday, December 13th. If you have already donated, we thank you for helping model compassion to others in need. The food will be collected and delivered to a local food bank. This is also a great time to have your children have the chance to go to the store and purchase their own item to donate. It gives them the opportunity to have ownership of their donation. Kids take such pride in this and it develops a heart of compassion.
