IMPORTANT NOTICE 8/23/11

Due to the threat of Hurricane Irene, Charter Day School will have a half day on Friday, August 26, 2011 and will have a two hour delayed opening on Monday, August 29, 2011. With the uncertainty of this hurricane, please stay tuned to WECT and WWAY for any additional closings or delays.  We will also notify parents of any changes or updates through our phone tree notification system.

Monday Start Time

K-8      10:00am (gates will open at 9:20)

 

On Friday, the elementary campus will be closed at 12:30 and the middle school campus will be closed at 12:45.  Due to the early release and delayed opening, The Roger Bacon Academy’s Daycare will be closed Friday afternoon and Monday morning. All after school activities scheduled for Friday will be postponed as well, including the pep rally.

Our main priority is the safety of our students, staff and their families.  We will try to assess conditions on our campus and surrounding areas and post school hours accordingly.   However, we understand conditions may differ due to widely scattered locations, so please take your own safety and situation into account.  Absences will be excused accordingly.
