Parents, we need your help!

The End of the Grade tests are fast approaching for our upper grades 3rd-8th. We will be administering the tests beginning Friday, May 29th, 2015 and into the entire following week: June 1st through June 6th. We are looking for test proctors. As a test proctor, you will help monitor students during the test.

Proctors will need to be on campus by 7:30 A.M. on test days. You will be able to leave campus around 2:00 P.M. It all depends on the classroom you are assigned. Please let us know if you are able to give a helping hand for any or all days!

Proctor training sessions: Thursday, May 14th, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. and Thursday, May 21st, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. The training sessions will be approximately 30 minutes. If you are able to help out, please fill out the bottom portion of this paper and hand into your child’s homeroom teacher. You may also email Ms. Walton at rwalton@rogerbacon.net . Please let us know as soon as possible.
