First grade students at Charter Day School build gingerbread houses to celebrate the Christmas season and the final day of school before Christmas break. Students of all grades got into the spirit – many wearing Christmas sweaters and accessories. While elementary students enjoyed Christmas themed games and snacks, middle school students traveled between classes reciting poetry.
Headmaster Laurie Benton commented, “This is a special time of year and we love seeing the joy it brings to our students. Merry Christmas!”
