School-Wide Improvement Plan


Charter Day School will target improvement in proficiency among our African American population so that the percent of students passing both Reading and Math End-Of-Grade tests is within 15% of the cumulative school figure.


Charter Day School will retain greater than 90% of teachers from year to year, and greater than 75% of teachers over three school years.


Charter Day School will develop computer proficiency for students in order to ensure preparation for computer based testing starting in 2014-2015.
